These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PRO.FOUND website and online store (the "Site"), operated by PRO.FOUND, a corporate branding and promotional solutions company based in Pretoria, South Africa.
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Accounts & Orders
To place an order you may be required to provide accurate contact and delivery information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details and for all activity under your account.
An order placed through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once PRO.FOUND confirms it (typically by issuing a proforma invoice or processing payment). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment already received will be refunded.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery fees are calculated separately and shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through PayFast or Ozow. By completing a transaction you authorise the chosen provider to debit your account or card for the total amount, including delivery fees.
5. Custom & Branded Apparel
Many products offered on the Site are custom-printed or embroidered to your specifications. Once production has commenced on a custom order, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
You warrant that any artwork, logos, names, or learner information you provide for customisation do not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party, and you indemnify PRO.FOUND against any claim arising from such content.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched via The Courier Guy or a flat-rate standard delivery option. Delivery times quoted are estimates and may vary due to courier logistics, location, or product availability.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any shortages or damage within 48 hours.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including logos, text, graphics, and product designs—is the property of PRO.FOUND or its licensors and is protected by South African intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PRO.FOUND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
